The Devil of Hell's kitchen

The world around us has been plagued by several calamitous events as of lately, causing many to cower in fear in front of the mighty and terrifying forces that lurk Underneath our very own Kitchen. But where some see darkness and despair, others see a glimmer of hope and positivity-for now, one without fear lurks amongst us.
THE MASKED VIGILANTE:
Several residents of hell's kitchen have reported seeing a man donned in a black outfit swinging across the rooftops with the agility of a Russian Gymnast. The man also prefers to cover the upper half of his face with a black bandana- A trick some bulletin readers think the masked menace is using to protect his identity. Whilst he is agile and has superhuman reflexes, authorities have confirmed that the suspicious figure is in fact, not the friendly neighborhood spiderman, for this man has been sighted using brute force on one of his unsuspecting victims.
The intentions of this new super- guy are unclear as of now, however, residents have the right to be suspicious and should bring up any feelings of discomfort or confrontations with this masked figure to the NYPD.
With so much chaos and crime running rampant in our city, all we can do is hope that the masked Man is just a good Samaritan who strives nothing but the best for the tiny kitchen of New York city.
